Governor's Cuts Devastating to People With Developmental Disabilities Governor David Paterson has proposed a 10% across the board cut for most NYS agencies in the current state fiscal year. NYSARC, Inc. and The Arc of Schuyler are asking everyone who supports people with intellectual and other developmental disabilities to speak out on this important issue. |
